How do I place an order on the website?

You can choose a size directly from the home page, go to the product page, and from there “Add to Cart” (if in stock), and proceed to payment.

What payment methods are supported?

Currently: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), but you can also place an order manually and transfer in Bit, through customer service on WhatsApp.

What is the shipping policy (times, costs, countries)?

Israel to your home: 39.90 NIS (about 3 business days)

Israel to collection point: 13.90 NIS

Overseas: Varies by destination, will be updated in the shopping cart.

How do I track the order status?

When the package is shipped, you will receive a text message from the courier company with a tracking code. Overseas orders will receive a similar notification by email.

What is the return and exchange policy?

– Exchanges can be made up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

– The cost of shipping the replacement (including collection) is the responsibility of the customer.

– You can also exchange for free at our office in Petah Tikva, by prior arrangement.

– Exchanges will only be possible on items that have not been worn, not washed, and in their original packaging.

Is it possible to change or cancel an existing order?

You can request a change/cancellation, the closer it is to the shipping date - the less likely it is to be charged replacement costs.

Is there a warranty on the products?

All items are manufactured in Israel and processed under strict quality control.

If a defective product arrives, we will replace it free of charge.
